Her professional journey

Classical learning, teaching and international exposure.

Dr Sethi’s education includes formal postgraduate study and traditional learning through the Guru–Shishya Parampara. During her graduation years, she learned with Vaidyas, Hakims and RAV Gurus, developing practical exposure to classical Ayurvedic knowledge.

She has lived and practised Ayurveda in the United Kingdom. In London, she taught Bhaishajya Kalpana—Ayurvedic pharmaceutics and formulations—to BSc Ayurveda (Hons) students.

Her MA in Psychology informs her interest in the relationship between physical health, emotional wellbeing and the individual experience of illness.
