ROOTOPATHY™ Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Before Consultation
Patients may request cancellation or rescheduling before a confirmed consultation slot. Requests should be sent through the official contact channel with booking details.
2. Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled subject to doctor availability. ROOTOPATHY™ may also reschedule appointments due to clinical emergencies, doctor availability, technical issues, or operational requirements.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be considered when a paid consultation or service has not been delivered.
- Refunds may be considered if ROOTOPATHY™ is unable to provide the booked service.
- Refunds are not generally applicable once a consultation, assessment review, report preparation, or digital service has started or been delivered.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following may be non-refundable once initiated:
- Doctor consultation time already provided
- ROOT360™ assessments or report generation already started
- Digital reports, care plans, clinical reviews, or personalized interpretation work
- No-show appointments where the patient does not attend the confirmed slot
5. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where feasible. Bank or payment-gateway timelines may vary depending on the provider.

For refund or cancellation requests, contact the ROOTOPATHY™ team with your name, booking date, payment reference, and reason for the request.
